Bowling the Stress away

In my spare time, my number one favorite activity is bowling. It is a very fun way to release tension and get exercise all in one. I also enjoy going to park on days when it is nice to grill out and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. While at the park, I may go boating or feed the ducks or just lay out on my lounger while listening to music. That is another stress reducer as well. I enjoy movies either at the theater or at home, so I may get a rental, pop a big bowl of popcorn and watch a movie at home.
